Our Florida Home becomes available from April 2004.
Cumbrian Lakes is a new gated community of up-market executive pool homes landscaped around three lakes. Ideally located just 10 miles from Disney World and close to a host of restaurants, shops, and other Orlando attraction parks.
The 5 bedroomed home with three bathrooms and two other
toilets is luxuriously furnished to the highest standards, is
fully air-conditioned and is fitted with a security alarm system.
It is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac. It has a south westerly
aspect which guarantees being in the sun all day long.
There is seating for 6 persons in the dining area.
Seating for 4 persons in the breakfast nook.
Seating for 10 persons beneath the lanai in the pool area.
The family room has comfortable lounge furniture, is equipped
with colour cable television, stereo and CD player.

The home has its own private heated pool which overlooks the lake. It has a outside shower and toilet, which means you don't have to come into the house from the pool! There are walks around the lakes and trails in the nearby woods.
